Can I come to the wedding without sailing on the cruise?
Of course! While we would love to have everyone join us for the sailing, there is no requirement or expectation to stay onboard.
How do I book if I want to join the cruise?
Please don't book directly through the cruise line. We've secured a group rate and cabin block, and booking independently means missing out on group perks. Reach out to Josh directly to book.
What is the date and location of the ceremony?
The wedding will take place aboard the beautiful Star of the Seas ship while docked in Cape Canaveral, FL on Sunday, September 5th, 2027.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Timing information is TBD. All guests will be permitted to board the ship early and will have an opportunity to explore public spaces before the ceremony.
What is the dress code?
Resort Cocktail or Tropical Cocktail attire. We’d love for our guests to dress up while embracing the colorful, tropical setting of our Caribbean celebration!
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place indoors at the Music Hall venue located on Decks 3 & 4 Forward.
Do I need a passport to attend the ceremony but not sail?
TBD, however, all sailing guests will need a passport or birth certificate with additional ID.
How long will the ceremony and reception last?
The wedding will start at 12:00PM and is expected to last approxiamtely 30 minutes, followed by a two-hour reception. All non-sailing guests will need to disembark shortly after 2:30PM.
Will there be a reception or gathering after the sailing for non-sailing guests?
We anticipate most non-sailing guests will prefer to return home after the ceremony on Sunday. For this reason, we will host a gathering on Saturday, September 4th. More details to come!
What's included if I book, and what are the estimated costs?
Costs vary by room category, but rooms start at less than $1,500 per person for two adults, with additional savings for third, and forth guests as well as kids. Included in your cruise fair is your room, food, most non-alcoholic drinks, and most onboard activities including Broadway-style theater shows and more.
